Instructions
  1. Shave zucchini on the length with a cheese slicer.
  2. Spread cream cheese on the pasta sheets.
  3. Cover the plates with zucchini slices.
  4. Add the ham.
  5. Roll the plates from the short side.
  6. Place the rolls with the joint down in an oven proof form.
  7. Pour the tomato sauce over then add pieces of the mozzarella.
  8. Set in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes.
