  1. Cook the pasta
  2. Finely mince the garlic and sauté in a large skillet together with butter for 1-2 min
  3. Add vodka and fry another minute
  4. Add cream, milk and cream cheese and stir until it cream cheese is blended and melted. Add ground black pepper and simmer for 2 min
  5. Slice the salmon to smaller strips then add it and the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine and let it cook for another 2 min
  6. Serve hot with some freshly grated parmesan and freshly ground black pepper
