Recipe: Browned butter lemon spaghetti with garlic

Instructions
  1. Heat up the butter and let it boil until reaching the nutty smell
  2. Boil pasta
  3. Heat up a skillet with the olive oil and add minced garlic and lemon zest. Saute just a little so it starts to turn golden
  4. Stir in bread crumbs and stir until toasted then remove from heat
  5. Pour the garlic mixture into the brown butter pot along with the lemon juice
  6. Pour browned butter mixture over the pasta (once drained) and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper
  7. Toss with pine nuts (toast them quickly in a frying pan before to get a little extra taste out of it)
  8. Serve with basil and finely shredded parmesan
