Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
  2. Cut the rhubarb into 1 cm rounds
  3. Pour over sugar, potato flour and cinnamon
  4. Butter a pie form and pour in the pie filling
  5. Mix all dry ingredients separately
  6. Add softened butter and mix together
  7. Grate the almond paste over the rhubarb and then pour the crisp mix evenly over the pie
  8. Bake for 20 min in the oven
