  1. Heat up the butter so it is soft but not melted
  2. Grate the almond paste
  3. Mix all ingredients with the help of a hand mixer with the dough hooks
  4. Take a plate and pour pearl sugar on it
  5. Start rolling small balls of the dough and then cover them in pearl sugar
  6. Ready to eat right away!
